Back To School, Ring The Bell

So you know how I was talking about how school can get stressful? Yeah...it's been getting stressful. It's not the work is particularly hard or that I have a heavy course load. It's just simply trying to balance and stretch my time out among many things. And as much as I want to keep blogging three or four times a week, I'm starting to see that it may start to only be twice a week.

I know it's not the end of the world, but it's upsetting because this blog is really important to me and I really enjoy doing it. I wish I could just blog full time and make a living with it somehow! But as important as it is to me, school is obviously still more important. So fair warning...my posts may become less frequent and consistent for a while. At least until I figure out a good balance. I'll be working less hours starting next week so that'll hopefully help!

  1. You are too cute. Love the dress and stockings! It can be hard to find the balance, I think... I am in a lull right now, so I've been blogging pretty much every day, but if I'm in rehearsals for something, I can easily see my blogging becoming less frequent. As long as you're still able to incorporate the things you love to do, you'll find the frequency that works best. It'll just make me look forward to your posts even more! :)

  7. Hi there!

I just found your blog :) You are absolutely adorable and I really love your style! I can totally relate to life being a balancing act! Between my full-time job, being a Board Member and a volunteer, working out, making art and being a wife, blogger, and friend- time can get seriously constricted! Heck, I usually only find time to blog once a week with occasional breaks, so I completely understand. I am sure you will find the right balance though- and all of us love reading your blog so we will still be here to read and comment :) I hope you are having a lovely week and happy I will be following along now!

  9. How is it possible that all your outfits are so similar and so different as well? You're always very feminine, always wears beautiful dresses and colourful tights. There is always pure nature all around you. But all the post are new, fresh and they differ from the rest. It's amazing. By the way, I love all your clothes... Can't wait for your new post!

  10. This outfit is adorable and sweet.

And it is hard to balance life, work, school, and the blog sometimes. One thing that I do that really helps is, if I know I'm going to busy, I stock up on photos (do a few shoots in one day) and then edit them all, pre-write a post or two. It really helps! Hope you find a balance that works for you.

  11. You have such pretty eyes! Why is it that I love brown eyes on everyone else except myself? LOL. But seriously, they are pretty. :) I love your dress and the tights are so cute with it. I know it's such a struggle to balance everything. As much as I love blogging, sometimes it has to go on the back burner for a while. And then sometimes you find yourself renewed with ideas! Hope you have a great weekend! <3

  12. Going to school and blogging can be a lot to deal with, especially when it gets to be finals time and every paper ever is due. I'm sure you'll figure out how to make time for the things you enjoy though! Balancing everything is hard.
Anyway, you look so cute in this little dress! The cardigan you paired with it looks so nice and cozy too.

  13. So lovely. All your pics are. You are very pretty and have adorable eyes.

I have to tell you, the white tights with the mary janes bring me back to my ballet days as a boy.....

You look so cute in that dress, but definitely so very feminine and stylish.
